I am generally a very positive person, but living here is bringing be down. I live on the 3rd floor - that's 36 steps to the top, never mind that I had to park 3 buildings away and walk on the street because there are no sidewalks. When I get to the top, I have to jiggle the key in the door, for what seems like forever, to get inside to what I refer to as home. If I am careful, I can make it past the cracked tile in the foyer and into the kitchen, without injury, to put my groceries away in my refrigerator, which BTW looks like it was picked up at a salvage yard.

A quick trip to the powder room ' I DON'T THINK SO. Before each visit we must be sure to have a plunger close by in case we use more than a sheet of TP and then jiggle the handle after flushing so that the water doesn't run all night long. Next, I wash my hands in one of the 2 sinks in the master bath. On a good day it drains in about 20 minutes so that another family member may wash his/her hands.

What' You've had a long day and want to jump in the shower. Good luck!! 2 out of 3 times the shower bar falls off the wall, leaving you defenseless and soaking the floor.

Now that I'm relaxed, I'd like to sit on my patio...oh no that's right first I have to remember the combination to the blinds and remember the insect repellant because I have an infestation of what I can only imagine is fleas.

With all of this I decide I have to get out. Maybe a nice walk by one of the lakes, or to check the mail, take out the trash, pop by the pool or the gym'that's right I first need to walk through the parking lot and into the street because, once again, there are no sidewalks. On the way I run into to MANY piles of doggie treats that no one, including management seems to think of cleaning up, the pool is dirty and I see a couple of dead frogs floating so I head back to the apartment'another 36 only to find the smoke detector going off yet again because my neighbor is cooking on the grill and the windows are so shoddy that the scent wafts right on in.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. All of this could be yours for just $1305.00 per month. STAY AWAY!!!
