At first glance this complex appears amazing. Within the first week everything falls apart. My dishwasher rack is broken...still not fixed. My refridgerator is old and dingy....still not replaced. The wiring for the lights in my bedroom have been shot for about 5 months now...sometimes I get a faint flicker...thank God for lamps! My toilet flushes usually after the second or third try....
During the winter my heater didn't work. It only took maitenence 5 days to fix it!!! Luxury apartment!!! It's a luxury to get hot water for over 5 minutes in the shower!! The tiles are comming up, the tiles are torn, and there is always something wrong with the windows. Parking sucks. There are no sidewalks and there is dog poop allllllll over the grass. For the outrageous pet deposit rent, you would think they could afford to asses this situation. The hot tub has yet to work in the year that I have lived here. Not only is thier rent incredibly expensive, now they are making it mandatory to pay for insurance of the BUILDING! (Not renter's insurance...that is optional!) The staircases are CRACKING and about to fall apart! Equity properties are run by a bunch of slumlords. The only positive thing I can say about the place is the location. And Echelon at the Reserve is RIGHT next door!!!
