My first sentence must read STAY AWAY!!! Seriously... Save your money. For what you will spend here, you can find a much nicer place to live. The area is beautiful, plus they are building up but these buildings are very old. Parking is a nightmare. There are no elevators. Most condos have three floors to them but that is 6 sets of cerment OUTSIDE stairs. It is not an easy place to move in or out of. Maintenance is a joke to say the least. Depending on what complex you reside in trash disposal is terrible. If you live close that is wonderful if you do not and you have alot, you better have a truck to transport it because there is no curbside pickup. The a/c units always freeze up. They will tell you it is your fault because you are not changing the filter out enough even though you are change it with the top of the line once a month (btw I am a manager at Home Depot so I would know) the system needs to be replace it is so old it has been there since the building was built.
It may appear to be a nice place to live but all I can say it once you get in if they say they will give you a great deal. It will be the deal from hell once you are there. You will be counting down the days until your year comes to an end. We did... we were out the last day of our lease. AMEN!! Good bye...
If you own pets you have to pay pet rent... give me a break... it is a joke down here.
Noise is a problem right now because carillon is totally building up. Property value is going up up up...
Oh one other thing... unless you WORK IN carillon parkway you don't want to drive out or into this area during traffic hours. The lights are awful. (llllllllllllllllllllllooooooooonnnnggggggg)
