I like it here. I've lived here a few months.

I am not experiencing any of the noise previous posters complained about. I have YET to hear any noise coming from adjoining apartments.

The management is okay - better then other places I've lived, not as good as others. They aren't great, but they do attend to most requests in a timely manner. Other requests seem to fall on deaf ears, so I have found the need to re-request.

Personally, I'm GLAD the dumpster is far away. I throw the bag in my truck and drive it to the dumpster. Have you ever smelled a dumpster in July'

I've found the pool and hot tub very pleasant. The car wash and vacuum work fine, though I do wish they'd block out those spaces for parking. If someone is parked next to it, you can't use it. Not sure where some of the previous posters live, but even if I owned a home, I'd have to pay for soap and water, so not sure why the complaint about paying for a car wash. Most complexes don't even have the service available.

Parking IS a real concern. There is not enough parking to accommodate the residents. Equity needs to take a serious look at this issue. If I get home late on a Saturday night, I'm in for a quarter mile walk, in pitch black, to my apartment. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
