I also have had troubles with this complex. Parking is horrible, not only if can you not park near the building, if you're not lucky you can't even get a spot on property. Also, many people feel fire lanes and right of ways are good areas for parking, so if you are lucky enough to get a spot, you can't leave it!

We've had troubles with management responding to issues and the Tampa Corp. office is no better. We continue to get empty promise after empty promise and no resolutions to speak of. All the while paying FULL rent and on time.

We've also experienced the noise issues, and have had pictures knocked off walls due loud music and banging.

Trash can... I won't go there.

The residents pay WAY to much for these units to have to deal with the issues and lack of resolution from management.
