I love the location. Easy access to Tampa or Pinellas. BUT You hear everything though. Some nights and especially weekends are loud. Parties go until all hours. There's no rules. The rent keeps raising and it's not worth the price. I wish the walls were better built, but it's stucco, not block. Like the staff, location, look but on 2nd floor the floor squeaks evertime the people upstairs move. Fixtures cheap and kitchen cheap. Looks are deceiving. Can't recommend. People move out all the time!!!
