This complex is in a great location in a nice area, but there needs to be some major improvements for what you pay to live here. First, they are raising the rent. I live in the A2 1 BR, which is a mere 752 Sq. Ft., and they are raising the rent to $911.00, which does not even include extra charges they throw in. They have no designated areas to walk your pets, which means there is dog crap everywhere. The walls are paper thin and I can hear my neighbors flushing toilets and banging around. Maintanence is awful. My husband has had to fix our air conditioning a few times because it was not done right the first time. We have also requested the large whole in the roof of our garage ($100.00 extra per month) to be fixed several times over the last few months, and it is still not repaired. The trash compactor is often broken, and there is a population of racoons that scour it nightly. Grounds/parking lot are not well lit at all at night, and parking is often a problem if you come home late. Insides of apartments are also not that great. What you pay is definately NOT worth what you get. I would recommend going elsewhere.
