Starts off nice, then they could care less about you

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
I've lived there for almost 4 years. They started off friendly but then they just throw you by the wayside like you're just another person. Customer service went WAY down. Repairs took forever. Office staff became very rude. Parking is terrible. Every weekend there are cars lined up on the curbs. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
