1. You will save money on utility bills since your AC will be frozen up or not working in some other manner.
2. You can practice your driving skills as you dodge speeding cars coming around blind corners throughout the complex.
3. You will learn to practice meditation, its the only way to overcome the stress of not being able to find a parking space if you come home later than 8pm.
4. You will get to know the local streets as you search for the towing company lot that took your car overnight because you had to park on the street and your bumper was blocking two inches of the side walk. (See previous reason).
5. Find out what your reaction will be to breathing in mold while you are home!
6. You will never have to wash your car again! The broken sprinkler heads will spray plenty of reclaimed water on your car overnight. As an added bonus, the water spots they leave behind give you a lot of exercise as you try to buff them out!
7. Meet your neighbors while walking a quarter mile to take out your trash to the only dumpster in the neighborhood.
8. You can observe local wildlife! Visit the family of racoons that dine at the overflowing trash compactor every evening.
9. The poor lighting around the complex will give you reason to finally invest in that pair ofnight vision goggles you always wanted!
10. Because you get all this plus more all for the cost of a mortgage payment!

I do believe you said it all! I do believe a lot of us have this problem... and shall we not forget these paper thin walls around! and the non working appliances! well said.!!! "clap clap clap"
