I have lived in my apartment for six months and have never been happier. I have no problems with parking, have never heard my neighbors, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. I have no intentions of moving any time soon. People who complain about the trash compactor need to realize that they are lazy if they find difficulty in throwing their own trash away.
The Promenade definitely comes highly recommended!

Why are you considered lazy if you try to throw out your trash but the compactor is overflowing so you can't? The single compactor is inadequate for an apartment complex of this size.

Ummmm.... we're lazy for not throwing our trash away when there is NO room in the compactor????? That's new to me....

Agree with comments on 11/16/07 regarding compactor is not adequate for the complex. There needs to be more than 1. (That way the raccoons can have ANOTHER playground!)
