Although the apartment needed extensive cleaning before moving in, the leasing and maintenance staffs have worked hard to get the apartment ready. There are minimal noises from the other apartments; we mostly those walking up the stairs to the second and third floors.
Parking can be a problem, especially if you come home late at night, but garages are available. These are reasonably priced and a good way to avoid the parking problem.
The site in on a nature preserve so you do encounter critters at night (opossums and raccoons etc.). The only problem is the residents who do not keep the dumpster closed. This is an open invitation to the raccoons for dinner.
The apartment itself is amazing; it is like living in a condo. The floor plan is spacious, well laid out and comfortable. The location is perfect. Everything is close with easy access to the highway. Downtown Tamp and St. Pete are only 20 minutes away (baring rush-hour traffic).

This most be an employee as the exact words were expressed to me when I spoke with the management team. This post is akin to singing ones own song hoping no-one can read between the lines.
