I've lived here for awhile now and can honestly say i've never experienced most of the problems people have discribed on here. I really like my apartment, the large one-bedroom. My electric bill is half of what is was when I lived at Lincoln Shores, about 60-70 per month. I live on the second floor and have never heard my neighbors. I really like it and am not even considering moving.

Electric bill problems are for 3rd floor renters with that sun window... Mind what apartment you choose. (floor, window faces, etc.) My bill is tops 180 which is kinda high. I have the split 2bedroom 2bath with vaulted ceilings. My master bedroom gets the air last and it can get hot, the 2nd bedroom with the sun window gets very hot... My windows face east. :-(
