I have lived at The Promenade at Carillon for quite some time now and think it's a great community. It is very peaceful, I seldom hear my neighbors and the office and maintainance staff are wonderful! I have lived at other properties and they don't compare to this one. It is centrally located so you can easily access the beaches, Tampa, or downtown. They have some of the best community get togethers from time to time allowing neighbors to mingle and get to know one another. Anytime there is a problem, the staff is attentive and quick to resolve the issue no matter how big or small. I would recommend this community to others.

What building do you live in? I'm in building 5... The units have settling issues in this building since it was built on marsh land. I have heard building 3 does too. My porch door doesn't close right and the window in my master bedroom keeps leaking cause the frame is crooked... They can't really fix it. I'm afraid mold is gonna form. Yeah it's FL but have your bug spray handy at dusk and night time at certain times of the year, mosquitoes are AWFUL... Lastly parking is impossible. Be sure to pay extra for a garage, you need it for parking at certain buildings.... Office staff is great, the complex is so conveniently located to EVERYTHING, and community activities are a bonus if you have Saturdays free. I would recommend if you can fully inspect where you will live.

I live in bldg 3, and it's extremely quiet! I don't have any issues with parking, the maintenance staff has been on top of any of my repair requests, and mostly I love living here. My major complaint would be the trapping and killing of raccoons. I know they can be a nuisance, but there are other methods of controlling the issue without resorting to inhumane action.
