I have lived in Promenade for almost a year, and I have not one complaint. No place is perfect, I admit the price is a little much, and parking can be an issue late at night and on weekends. Maintenance is prompt, and friendly, the apartment is quite, I never hear neighbors, or people coming or going. I think it is a nice place and the office staff are friendly and helpful. I plan on renewing the lease when it is time.
