This place is overall pretty decent. The apartment size is great for the rent (especially if you're from NY), the grounds are nice, fitness center, etc. What could use improvement is the management staff. When you call up with a complaint, MOST of them seem to not give two craps about the complex, or their residents. Another thing that is equally annoying is the raccoon situation. I went by the fitness center last night, and there was a fat raccoon sticking out of the trash. Also there were about 4 raccoons in the dumpster due to the fact that someone left the door open, so I just threw my trash on the ground. Screw that, and I called management and they said that "they get many complaints, and since we live on a wildlife reserve; therefore there is nothing that they can do -- aside from advising people to close the compactor." The raccoons and management suck!

I agree that with the exception one person in that office, everyone else who works there is useless. Jen is the biggest ditz, and the rest are just plain rude. I avoid going into that office or calling since you have to repeat yourself about 4 times. Your name, your apt number over and over for it to be understood. Why does Equity still employ them?!

Exactly, most of them (a few are exempt) should be put into the dumpster with the raccoons
