Sadly i resided here for three years. Question really was why . Close to work is the only answer i can come up with .And i travel a lot and didnt spend much time here as well . Third floor apt where the floor moved so badly that a nap on the couch was impossibe if anyone else was in the apt. Walls so thin you can hear your neighbors tv at low volume . Floors so thin you will annoy your neighbors. Cars vandalised twice and broken into once . Parking is a nightmare and many cars have been damaged due to the exciting new parking scheme . Cheap appliances old cabinets and if you look at the paint on the buildings you ll get an idea about the care that goes into this property . Please read a lot of the other reviews that werent favorable and pretty much they were right on point . I wont go on to tell you about the ongoing roof leaks or anything else .
