From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Don't be deceived by the looks of Queensmark, it's really not that good. management appears to be polite at first, but when it's time for you to leave, all the kindness goes out the window. After closing my lease, I receive a letter indicating that I owed over $100, FOR WHAT!! this after giving up over $800 from deposit money and using my place mostly for storage for my last couple of months. they began to add statements that were totally untrue. the staff person that handle my situation, was a complete lier, disorganized, and rude. Among other things the place has no security and doesn't seem to care the safety of their residents. Not a great experience, to say the least.
