Lived there From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007   When the owners had a on-site property manager it was a much better place to live with immediate response to any problems. In their quest to cut costs they eliminated that position and the place has gone downhill since then. They did not respond properly to the black mold issue. Basically using the proverbial band-aid response. Not every apartment has this issue though, it is limited to just a few units. The property for the most part is quite nice especially the view and closeness of Boca Ciega Bay and the layout of the place with a pool and courtyard. We lived there for 4 years and enjoyed our neighbors and the location of the property which is only 5 minutes to St. Pete Beach. The rent is quite high especially for what you get which is a 700 sq. foot 2 bedroom apt. Your basically paying for the location.
