Good value for the price

When I moved in here, I got a nice, big apartment for a great price. Now they are renovating and jacking up the rent like crazy, which is why I'm moving out. Also, if you plan on moving here, keep in mind that water, sewer, & trash is not included, and if you have a pet they charge rent for that, too. So my $740/mo apartment really costs me about $830/mo. Other than being a nice size the apartment itself is nothing special, but I have had no major problems. I will say that the maintenance staff is the best I've ever seen, and I have lived in several different apartments. My a/c broke one day during the summer, and they were here and had it fixed within an hour.
The neighborhood is not the best. I have some good neighbors and some sketchy neighbors. I would not recommend a single woman to live here by herself. Sometimes I don't feel very safe here.

I guess the size of the apartment is relative to what you're used to, still and all you're moving out because you're unhappy with the neighborhood and the money it costs to live here, yet you've recommended, the complex??? you're not very bright are you?
