Dirty, unsafe, and with a Manager who is clueless! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   This was the first complex we lived in upon moving to the St. Pete area. Our issues stem from the dealing with management. The Manager, who always (ALWAYS) appears as though she has taken one too many Prozac, is indifferent at best and idiotic at worst. The Asst. Mgr. when we were there had fabulous ideas for tenant loyalty, and making the grounds a better, safer place, but all of his ideas were quelled by the Management company. There were several auto break ins and thefts; many more than surrounding properties, according to the deputy who wrote the report when my car was stolen.
