Pay a lot for the sound of creak, creak, creak...

Attraction was the green space, lake and decent rent. I was willing to overlook many things about this place because it was affordable. Decent rent is no more. Justification given for the high rent increase was renovations that were suppose to equal better living quarters. I was an idiot and signed the lease, now I am paying much more to live with the inconvenience and extremely slow pace of the renovations. Renovations for existing tenants are only on the outside. As other tenants state in their reviews, the walls are thin and the floors do creak a lot. The inside of most apartments are in dire need of renovations and new appliances.
Maintenance...what is that' Garbage bins are usually overflowing, smelly, and a collection pit for discarded items.
If you do plan to lease here make sure you see the inside of YOUR apartment before signing the dotted line.
I do not recommend living here.
