I take this opportunity to highly commend the entire staff of Tamarind Bay Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL. The staff includes the most proficient and quietly efficient manager, Lisa Olivier; her very qualified, capable, and friendly assistant, Jeff Hitchcock; and goes on to also include the very able and experienced maintenance man, Rick, and his new, but already quite skillful, helpful, and friendly assistant, Adam. The four of them make u;p a complete and organized team that ensures that all work is done well, and on time. The management staff handles complaints regarding neighbors' incursions into one's private ground and air space very capably, delicately, and thoughtfully. They also prioritize and balance the competing demands they are constantly presented with, and do so with happy, and genuinely smiling faces. It has been a pleasure to form a respectful and friendly resident-to-staff relationship with them.

You must be lucky, in my area of the property we have a problem with dog S**t. Not only on the common sidewalks but on my patio. The management does nothing to fix or respond to my concerns. You must be lucky.
