Terrible Staff, Illegal Residents, Dangerous & Too Expensive

We've lived here a year and a half and are moving out as soon as the lease is up. The staff smiles and promises to do stuff, but then they never get around to it. You have to make many requests. They also illegally rent one bedroom apartments to couples with children and illegally rent two bedroom apartments to couples with three children of different sexes. They are real slum landlords: Anything to make $.
When you ask the male rental agent about something he gives his usual answer: I don't know I wasn't here. He writes down a request for you, then must throw it in the wastebasket, as it doesn't get done. The woman manager gets things done eventually, but doesn't know what is going on and never looks at the property to check burnt out lights, etc. Very slovenly and they lie about what is going on. Continual rebuilding and problems with parking.
They let people with pit bulls move in and it's not safe here. The walls are cardboard thin so it's noisy, the parking lot lights go out and are not replaced. They've had car break-ins and apartment break-ins and one carjacking, just since we've been here! For the $ they charge, you can do MUCH better.
