When I got the place it looked like they did a rush job getting everything clean and in order. But it wasnt clean! There was even fleas from the last person! Once I said something though they took care of it. Its a nice place. I had a lady upstairs that was annoying named Dawn...she was a pain but you get that anywheres really. Landscape is nice and so is the pool area. No parties and surprisingly no bugs! They also have those dumb laundry cards boooo. This place wasnt that bad overall though. I would give it a 3.75 These people with bad reviews need to move to an emmaculate $2000 a month apt to make them happy.

I pay 100 more a month then Tamarind Bay and I get a washer and dryer in my apt, no bugs, 230 more square feet, a virtually sound-proof apartment, and it's a mile away from Tamarind Bay.
