I just signed my lease 8 weeks ago (for a third year) just because we didn't feel like moving yet. In the past 3 weeks we have been robbed twice. No I have to find out how to get out of this lease and this town. I'm sick of this place!

I am very concerned about the robberies. I feel that it is the managements duty to alert other residents when something like this happens. I was on the fence as to renew my lease or move. I think after hearing this that I will be moving. The management seems unconcerned with thier residents safety.

I agree. I have specifically told them that a notice needs to be sent to the residents yet nothong happens. I have reported this to corporate with police and forensic documents to back it up yet nothing comes of it. Renters beware!
