If you leave clothes in the laundry, they will be stolen, bleached, or harmed. Phase 2 is full of bratty kids.

They donot care about disabled people here and never have and never will and will challenge you to do something about how they feel about their so called " having already helped you out". They go no further to correct any problem if it is not done right or it runs into "money" on their part. It stays a problem.

I cannot run my air- It is a new unit and for 1 year I had it working fine- till two guys from the " hood" moved into my building and smoked pot and cigs, and stunk up the attic, which if the Pinellas Health Dept ever had a look at would faint.

If they donot do something soon- this will no doubt become a "sic" building. But then " I can't move to another building because I will just complain". Compasionate, huh'

So I am gonna move OUT, they can keep their partial lease, money I gave them, whatever, it will be worth it to get out of here.

Management will always attest to the fact that people who write these reviews have left or were very disgruntled about something and tried to get back at them.

No, its a ghetto here, drugs go on, windows get broken, loud music in cars and speeding, crappy help with anything, and insults from the management.

I would think very hard before moving here if I were you and you being a potential leasee. Oh and last but not least, don't expect anything to be worked out in order from the new owners, because they are so slow I don't even have my new lease that I am going to break. They can't even be bothered to sign anything.
