Can we get a professional on-site office staff''' Please get rid of the leftover trash from Berkshire Mgmt. This complex will never change and it will alway be LYNN LAKE with Berkshire staff. The telephone greeting is nice, but it goes downhill right away talking to those idiots. They are not there to help. They are there to argue with you and make you sorry you ever called. I have been here over 5 years and the staff that been there for the last two year is all new (and unprofessional)and the worse of the worse I've ever seen during all the years I'v been here. Do yourself a big favor "THE RESERVE AT LAKE POINTE", hire professional office staff. Your repution as "New Owners" is on the line and you should be concern. Berkshire staff is "Part (a big part) of the problem", NOT "Part of the solution".
