I am responding to the person who is obviously defending their "race".
I feel sorry for the pregnant woman who had so many problems with her apartment and her surroundings.

As for the "God Bless You" Bible thumpers-

I have lived in St Petersburg for 8 years now. I lived in Tampa for 38 years. Their is no way anyone can tell me that the SouthEast part of town is not a ghetto. I have lived in two parts of it.
There are 1 white person to every 3 black person.
And yes the woman was right about Central Avenue- EXCUSE ME!- I lived in Northeast also, and it is 98 % white. The crime is non-existant.

It is not wrong to say that "some" black people in that area do crack and that the whole neighborhood is not white. IT IS TRUE.

So, I got out of Lynn Lake/ Lake Pointe for several reasons- 1st the management 4 managers in 3 years were rude and discourteous and acted like they were doing a favor for you. The office staff doesnot have a clue. The neighborhood is overrun with boom box cars, people hanging all around the complex that yes- are BLACK, and drug bags were found several times in front of the building. My window was smashed,by a visiting little BLACK juvinile ( the guards said so) So, take the God Bless You- to another complex, because Lynn Lake is a mistake.

Tell me, Mr. Wizard- if everyone likes it so much, then why in the 78 or so articles have everyone moved or complains '

Check you facts before you go throwing Jesus in peoples face, or the fact that the Ghetto thing doesnot exist in southeast.

DONOT MOVE IN LYNN LAKE YOU WILL BE MAKING A MISTAKE!!!!!
