From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/8/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have been jerked around now for 8 months by these fine people at Lynn Lake Arms or should i say The Reserve at Lake Pointe. There has been 3 different owners of the property since i have lived there and everyone has a different policy for their attendants to obide by. FYI they are doing a terrible job fizing up the apartments and they are planning on raising the rent again. I am tired of the crappy service, the overpaid rent-a-cops who exceed their power at ever chance they get and the poorly kept grounds. Yes the complex may look pretty at first glance but lets just say you have a problem with your apartment, dont expect any service men to be at your attendance in any reasonable time. Having said this I will leave you with my grade of the complex. On a 1 to 10 scale I give it a 3... because hey atleast it's one of the cheapest places around... atleast for now! They have too many tenants and cannot keep track of anyone therefore nothing is ever accomplished...At Lynn Lake Arms they are not your friends but money hungry businessmen who have ZERO class and absolutely no people skills. My advice is, dont waste you time or money because chances are you will regret it.
