Pretty nice! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/24/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have only been here a month and have read the awful postings here. My building isn't kept up very well, but renovation is underway. The people in the building are very nice, the area is quiet, the walks are lovely. The laundry room is pretty expensive but that isn't a big deal. All in all, I do like it here. I have been told by the office that after renovation the rents will go up, so maybe I won't be as happy when my lease is renewed, but for now I am quite content.
