Current Resident and VERY HAPPY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   I have lived at The Reserve at Lake Pointe for over a year and absolutely love it. There have been several changes in management, and the property has been undergoing a rehabilitation, so things were a little rocky for a while. But overall, it has been a worthwhile experience. The Rehab has brought new ceramic tiles to the kitchens, bathrooms and hallways; they have replaced all the old light fixtures, and most people have gotten new carpets, air conditioning units and kitchen appliances. Regarding the security, realistically speaking, there is no place on this earth that anyone can guarantee anybody's security. The new management staff is great. The leasing and maintenance staff are courtious and very helpful. As for all the negative comments regarding the property, I truly encourage anyone to come visit the property and make their own decision. Remember, it is alot easier for people to complain than it is for them to give a compliment. Decide for yourself. I am sure you wont regret it!
