Don't even think about it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   Four words for you: GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! They tell you one thing, but when that time comes, its a whole different ball game. You can leave all the messages you want at the office and at their corporate office, but they dont return calls. They dont get issues resolved. Since this has changed to The Reserve at Lake Pointe its been a big mess! As a matter of fact, Im trying to make a reserve anywhere else besides Lake Pointe!
