nice in the beginning.... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   i have been living here since nov of 2004. things were LOVELY in the beginning. the rent was reasonable for the location. i was so satisfied until the new management. they aren't helpful at all. they don't know what they are talking about 75% of the time. t went to them 2 mths before my lease was up to find out how much rent would go up. all i got was "we are backed up and will get back to you". it was the day before thanksgiving i got an answer. rent going up by $40! that put me over my limit. too short notice to move. they planned that. i am considering breaking my lease to move. alos my neighbor upstairs in PSYCHO told me to consult her first before speaking to her husband, etc. neighbors are noisy and fighting all the time. just a mess.
