Why don't you all just give the Reserve a break. Did you ever think maybe if the people who lived there would act a little more civilized there would not be so many problems. It is the some of the nasty residents who cause the problems not the office. I think they are doing an excellent job trying to keep everything in order but it is kind of hard when you have a bunch of ignorant people who think they own the place and are rude!! I am a new resident here and I know the back ground and credit checks they do now hopefully a lot of the damn criminals that used to live here will be gone quite quickly!!! As for everyone who is bitching about there increase in rent they did that because they also made a whole lot of changes to the property which I think looks very very very nice!!! IT is a very nice apartment just stuck in a crappy neighborhood. But no need to worry because with everything going condo around here with given time the neighborhood will be cleaned up quite fast!!! As for the office staff they are great and do there best all the time. THey have always been nice to me if people would just go in there with some respect and not whining and bitching them out all the time. So all I want to say in back off they are trying and when they get rid of the the -------s who live there which I am sure they will The Reserve at Lake Pointe will be a much better place without you all!!! How much do you want to bet 99% of the people complaining were either evicted or late on there rent. You don't have a problem with the office unless you create one!!

Ignorance can play a part in all our lives, and the titles that we wear at that time sometimes has nothing to do with it!! Renter or Office staff ,Good tenant or bad ,what we feel, say or do can and will change from Day to Day [smart to day, ignorant tomorrow] argue that point!!!
