No place is perfect, but as far as apartments go I couldn't be happier! I think this is a great community to live in, fairly secure and some great amenities- pools, laundry, work out room, lots of others I don't know about. I would like to see the tennis court fixed and the covered parking changed to regular so everyone can have a space near their door.
As for the basics, we have a great patio with a nice view, the area is quiet, and friendly. I can vacuum at 3 a.m. and no one hears it, we have great sound proof walls! Tons of parking right now, because some of the townhomes are empty. When they're full we have to park further away or under the covered area. (I'm too lazy to walk :) Unfortunately, our buildings landscaping is quite horrible, there is no grass or flowers, just dirt and weeds in front of my townhouse and a large wooded area across from the building. Of course, many other areas look great in the complex, somehow we were overlooked (I guess no one complained yet! :) I have to wonder what they were thinking when they decided on some of the remodeling, ie. the white lattice fencing. (It must've looked good on paper somewhere) Staff is very friendly and pretty knowledgable, and maintenance is very polite and respectful. So far in the many years I've been here I've had a few problems that for the most part were handled quickly and efficiently. Nothing that would make me pack up and leave! Besides, we really love our neighbors, we have barbecues together and can trust each other to watch our pets when the other is away. We got lucky there!
Definitely an all over great place to live!
