Pretty good. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I would guess a couple of these reviews are grudge reviews. I have lived here more than 3 years and never seen a cockroach or a spider, always had courteous and quick response to request for maintenance (and now they follow up with phone calls to make sure the work is done). The walls aren't "paper thin". It isn't perfect here but it's ok.
