Recently moved out due to relocating to another state. I lived in a nice townhouse in the front and had no problems what so ever. My neighbors were quiet, maintenance is on it when you call for anything, the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the pool, at times, needed to be cleaned a little better. My son and I were safe and the highway is conveniently right down the street. I'd live there again in a second. Actually I kinda miss it. Good luck with your search.
