Waterford Apartments

Used to Be Very Nice From: voiddweller Date posted: 2/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998   I lived here a few years ago and recall the office staff and maintenance were usually responsive. The Gym was nice and the volleyball court was really nice. They have two pools and decent grouds. Unfortunately, they are right next to a trailer park and that takes away from the ambiance. Built in the early 80s, these apartments have some trouble with ants every few months and pest control must be called. Now, the place is falling apart and it is no longer on my recommended list since the managment company doesnt seem to care about customer service and updating the apartments. If you want to live here, be on the lookout for great specials that usually undercut the comptetition, like $200 off your rent for the year or your first two monts free, depending on the lease term. At one time, they were giving away free 31" Televisions when they used to cost around $600.
