I was so happy when my lease was over last year. I spent several months paying for a "gated community" that was gated maybe 3 days of my stay. Maintenance is horrible. I placed several complaints to the office that never were resolved. Maintenance would come in, say that the problem was fixed, when, in fact, it was always a job "half-done", if that. I had, and heard of, several residents with mold and mildew problems as well. There is not enough storage in the apartments. Do not rent a washer or dryer from this complex! They will bring in a washer and dryer that looks about 20 years old and functions about the same. And you have to spend 25 dollars per month for these units!!

Overall, this is not a place to come if you want an upkept apartment worth the big amount they charge you every month. My entire stay was nothing but a hassle. The complex needs better security and better maintenance. I have heard of very few residents being entirely happy with this complex. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
