This place is GREAT! It is centrally located, easy to get to Tampa, the beaches or anywhere else. The MAINTANCE is really good for a complex and the only thing that we are having a problem with is the dishwasher. (which they?ve helped out) They are updated the washing machines and they don?t cost that much to have in your apartment. We are not paying much, and we have a pet. THE GATES Are working everyday now! The management staff is great too.
The only reason why we leave eventually is bc we want to move out of Pinellas county.
