ALthough the complex was bought by new owners awhile ago...NOTHING has been done to improve the complex...the laundry facilities are STILL deplorable...old, rusted machines that don't work..only 4 per facility which is filled with webs..never cleaned and NOT air conditioned..the doors are often propped open with a stick. Yes, I'm serious. Bad ant infestation EVERYWHERE and the hallways are NEVER cleaned..there are webs and all kinds of stuff in crevices that must have been there for years. Lack of parking..no walkways/parking for handicapped..gates NEVER work..trust me..this is NOT a gated community...it's a free for all for all the undesirables who want to come on in! Also one main garbage drop off..hideous, deplorable, disgusting..I never had to walk thru so much trash to empty mine. It is absolutely dispicable. Needless to say..I cannot wait til my lease is up.
