Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2006
 
I have lived in WPC for 12 years.
The present Manager is about as bad as they get. She treats residents like we're doing her a favor by living here. The gates haven't worked for months.
The Office is often closed during the posted business hours.
The Spa has been out of service for as long as I can remember.
The rent keeps going up but the service keeps going down.

Thumbs down on WPC!
