i recently moved into west port colonies, and the only thing it has going for it is a great view. the walls here are so thin you can hear your neighbors dog bark, phones ring, and the radio. i always know when someone around me is in the shower, flushing the toilet or moving things around. i my self have had a few noise complaints and the catch is that i was at work!! the officer comes by and no one answers the door, but they are sure it's me. i asked for a transfer to another building and the leasing agent said they don't move "problems". my only problem is that my lease won't be done quick enough. the reconstruction dumpsters are always full of trash from the residents and usually it's so full there is trash all around it on the ground. there is no designated dog area so there is dog poop every where. stray cats run the place with all of the raccoons at night. the gates haven't worked since i moved in, don't i pay for that amenity''

I have been living in West Port Colony approximately 2yrs. supposedly that is west port colony mission statement: ???We promise to listen, act and deliver exceptional customer service so that our residents will value the experience of living in an ING Clarion community." But, they don't make it happen; the manager at west port colony is very arrogant, and as long as I live in the complex they have never delivered exceptional customer service, completely ignore my petitions and never act on anything...

Call your elected representative for your area and voice your problems and concerns, that's what we pay them for. Maybe they can move the management to act, or contact the owners of the property.
