I just moved out of West Port (thank god0 and received a water and sewage bill for $80. Even though for that month I only lived in the Apartment for 14 days and wasn't there for most of that time. That's about $4 a shower! Last summer the pool was green and the trash is always pilling up by the dumpster. The gates have never worked and the maintenace is a joke. The office has one person who is never there so you can't complain to anyone. And yet the rent continually went up, every time you sign a lease. Don't move there. They are shady/
