I feel fortunate that our lease is up. I can speak for my girlfriend as well who shared the apartment with me. Many comments reflect the same inadequacies as we fell were apparent during our stay at West Port Colony.
Itemized they are:
1. Inconsiderate trash practices at the central depot.
2. Inadequate parking
3. Inattentiveness of management staff, either for apt work related or leasing problems
4. Exit and security deposit nightmare. Over billed for water, which was never used. Illegal practice of assuming water bills.
5. Maintenance department is insufficient except for the supervisor who was attentive after many grievances
6. Lack of resident control of their dogs and their bowel movements
7. Adjacent apartment shared our paid for amenities
8. Inadequate gate operation.

Overall, I give WPC a poor rating compared to the many apartments I have resided in, near and far. Many improvements would be needed for me to offer a referral to their establishment.

have you contacted anyone outside of WPC? theyre trying to say I owe them 2k from last year and cant justify it...
