I love the location and the common areas are kept pretty clean. The landscaping is also very nice. The dowside is the walls are thin and if you live next to any common area (such as the pool) you should expect to be awoken in the middle of the night at leat 3-nights a week. I am also a little dissappointed in the upkeep and cleaning of the interior of the apartments. When I moved in nothing was cleaned except for the carpets. The cabinets had water damage and the counters had scratches and burn marks all over them. If I had it to do over again, I would have probobly moved into the Verandahs off of Gandy.
