I never seen any scam place liked this apartment. When my lease almost end, they send me the letter, saying an increase of $200 per month and if month to month lease there will be additional $100 on top of $200.
They should change their name from "West Port Colony" to "Vampire Suck Blood Colony"
I don't recommend renting at this place because I am tired of moving around since they charged what ever they wanted. Make sure you tell them to have black and white aggreement saying "how much they going to increase after your lease expire"
