I lived there for 14 months and never had any serious problems. I thought the grounds were beautiful, very nice pool and once they repainted the buildings, it looked really nice. I always felt very safe and the staff was very nice. When I first moved in, the price was great for a one bedroom, but they have raised the rent and I think its a bit high, but comparable to the area. The neighbors plumbing was a little loud - I could always hear when other people were taking a shower-but thats apartment living. My AC leaked towards the end and then I had some mold growth which would have become a problem if I was not about to move out. But overall, I would recommend these apartments.
