I have lived in West Port Colony since March 2005. I have to say that the property itself is nice. They have done a lot since I've been there. One of the biggest things with me is Customer Service. I have to say that the managment office is not very friendly at all. They don't really take the time to help you out. However on the other hand the maintenance crew is very very nice and Customer Service oriented. I beleive that if you live in a propety their job is to make sure that their tenants are taken care of.
