I have been strongly impressed by the quality of this community; good customer service and knowledgeable professionals are a rare commodity these days. This place is nothing short of amazing and precisely what I look for when I choose a place to live: the staff are friendly, the grounds are clean, concerns are addressed immediately, and bad elements are not allowed to continue to live in the community. There are a number of negative remarks on here but I completely disagree with what they have said. I have listened to others talking while at the pool and the have discussed the quality of this community while at the gym and the overwhelming consensus is that this place is wonderful.

I searched for about three months, scouring all of St Petersburg and the surrounding cities (e.g. Largo, Clearwater, Seminole, and Pinellas Park). Although there were other areas of St Petersburg with neighborhoods that were more to my liking, I chose to live at West Port Colony because of the staff and the property features. In particular, two staff (Michele and Darrin) were friendly; they espoused prompt and thorough service as their values, and said that their primary duty was to keep the residents happy. I cannot tell you how much this meant to me. I have lived in no less than thirty apartments and rental homes throughout my lifetime and I can say with sincerity that this is by far the best place I have ever called home. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained; the amenities are clean and easy to access; the water in the pool is clear and free from debris; the office is immaculate and filled with friendly, smiling faces. The residents that live here are a diverse group of genuinely good people from various countries, which I love: this tells me that the office cares about the community that they are building. Overall, I would say that this property is run PERFECTLY by dedicated staff who really care about the work that they do.

The highest compliment that I can give to a place to live is that I say I would recommend it to a family member: I would INSIST that hard-working people move in here because it is a wise investment with a very high yield. You get a lot for a very reasonable price. Every day here is a joy. You should check it out :)

this post is by a management person, they are all cheats and liars. can you explain the fact that when the national rent rate is going down, WPC keeps increasing theirs. dont believe this post.
